Policies

We are committed to providing you with a comfortable enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to review our policies, designed to ensure pleasant experience for all our guests. Should you have any questions or need assistance, our staff is here to you.

Check-In / Check-Out​

  • Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Our front desk is staffed until 8 PM. If you're arriving later, self check-in instructions will be provided.

Housekeeping​

  • We don’t provide daily housekeeping, but if you need anything during your stay, just let us know - we’re happy to help.

Max Capacity​

  • Please note that if you show up with guests exceeding capacity without prior consent you will be refused check in without refund.  This is for the comfort and safety of all guests staying at the resort.

Quiet Hours​

  • Quiet time is from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise and music to a minimum during these hours. If you're booking with a group, we recommend reserving the full property for privacy. No fireworks permitted.

Pets​

  • We are a dog-friendly resort with a $15 per night pet fee. One dog is allowed per camping cabin. Dogs must be kept on leash in shared areas, cleaned up after, and not left unattended in cabins. Guests may be asked to leave without refund if pets cause disturbances.

Smoking​

  • Smoking is not permitted inside cabins or shared buildings. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste properly.

Firewood & Campfires​​

  • Firewood is included with your stay. Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits. Please follow any fire bans or restrictions - we will notify you of any changes during your stay.

Shared Spaces

​

  • Guests have access to shared BBQ areas, a heated washroom building with private showers, and a screened summer kitchen with a wood stove. Please keep these spaces clean and respectful for others.

Wi-Fi & Entertainment​

  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Some cabins have smart TVs for streaming (no cable). Guests can log into their own streaming accounts.

Damage & Cleaning​

  • Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. A cleaning fee may apply if cabins are left excessively dirty.

Booking Policy:

  • For regular bookings, 50% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged 45 days before arrival using the credit card on file. If you would like to use a different payment method, please contact the lodge before the final payment date.

What happens if I book within 45 days of arrival?

  • Reservations made within 45 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking. These reservations are non‑refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Guests may cancel their reservation more than 45 days before arrival and receive a refund minus the following cancellation fees:

  • $75 cancellation fee for smaller cabins

  • $100 cancellation fee for Big Timber or Little Timber cabins

  • If a reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, the reservation is non‑refundable.

How are payments processed?

  • The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card used at booking unless the guest contacts the lodge beforehand to arrange a different payment method.

What is required to reserve the entire resort?

  • For exclusive resort bookings, a $500 non‑refundable deposit is required to hold the property.

​​

How do deposits work for group bookings?

For group or exclusive bookings:

  • Individual cabin reservations require a 50% deposit

  • The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival

​​

Who is responsible for unbooked cabins during an exclusive resort booking?

  • When a group reserves the entire resort, the booking guest is responsible for any cabins that remain unbooked as part of the exclusive property reservation.
